Connected services and AI providers

When you invoke an AI-assisted feature, iApply may send the content needed for that feature, including content you imported from a connected service such as Google Drive, to iApply’s managed AI provider or, if you have configured your own AI provider (“BYOAI”), to the provider you selected. The transfer is made only for the iApply feature you asked for.

iApply itself does not sell connected-service data, does not use it for advertising or data brokerage, and does not use it to create, train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.

If you choose BYOAI, you direct iApply to send the content a feature needs to that provider, and you are responsible for the provider and the data settings you choose. You must not use BYOAI through iApply to send Google-derived data to any provider for advertising, resale or data brokerage, or for the creation, training or improvement of generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Your use of connected services remains subject to the applicable provider and API data-use restrictions, including, where Google data is involved, the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
